The aims and objectives of this Charity are to enable the people of Gambia to become self-reliant.

We aim to:
Create partnerships between the UK and Gambia to promote empowerment, self-reliance and sustainability in rural villages that do not benefit from tourism or Government aid. Promote international exchanges of knowledge and skills to build community resources such as schools, community centres and health posts. To reduce rural health and life inequalities by increasing villagers access to free education and health care.

The Charity plans to work alongside the Government to assist in the upkeep of a couple of the Government run lower basic schools that are in need of help. This will enable the release of resources to provide help from the Government in other areas and to help the Government achieve one of its Millenium goals in providing better education for all.
